It was a beautiful day to go and take photographs of Amber, Michael and Jonathan! We had such a great time playing and capturing some awesome moments. These are some of my favorites and will also provide a sneak peak for friends and family of the happy couple. Congratulations!!

So, I was going through some old negatives the other day and found some 4x5s that I shot while in college. I scanned them and am so in love with them that I think I'm gonna get out my 4x5 camera and have some fun:) Oh, and didn't somebody want to see a train?? :) Enjoy!

A Walk to the Bridge

When you tell little boys that it won't be about taking photos this time, they remember it! A friend of mine wanted some photographs of her boys, whom I have taken photos of for years. Almost every time, we would get fake smiles or crazy bursts of energy with the result of destroyed outfits and unhappy Mom. This time, we decided to let the boys take me to see their bridge that they were building and the results were fantastic! I had fun doing these in Black & White and I can assure you...don't make it about "taking pictures"! Have a great day!

Hello all! I know its been quite sometime since my last post, but we've had a ton going on! My husband, "B", and I have finally moved and are now settling into our new routines. We've had ridiculous amounts of heat lightning this summer and I decided last night to and capture some of it. I am also currently working on some art pieces and hope to finish and post them soon also. Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Snow...in March!

Yes, even in the south, we get snow in March! It was absolutely breathtaking when I pushed aside my drapes this morning and discovered nothing but the soft white glow of the world covered. With the few snows that we have had this year, nothing compared to this one. EVERYTHING was white, as far as you could see. I went out immediately with my dogs, playing and taking a few photos. After I realized that I was freezing, just a bit, I came back in and had some hot coffee and enjoyed the view. I know this will probably not happen again for a while and I thoroughly enjoyed it:)

Hi there:) I know its been a bit since my first posting, and I thought I had better drop in! My husband and I have made some big decisions in the past few days, all for the better and we are on course now. While we are continually offering location sittings and weddings, we have decided to put the studio on hold for a bit. Hopefully not too long, but it is something that has to be done. Meanwhile, I have some new work and I hope you enjoy it!

Here it is, my first post! I want to start off by saying thank you and I hope you enjoy your visit:) On this site I will be posting some personal work and a sampling of my favorites from recent shoots. I am glad to be able to have the opportunity to show you what I have been working on and tell you what is in the near future for Moving Moments.
